Assistant Software Engineer (Android)
Description
- Design and build advanced applications for ASA micro finance services in Android platform but not limited to.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work with outside data sources and APIs.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc/ M.Sc in CSE/ IT/ MIS/ Software Engineering/ ECE/ EEE or equivalent and relevant engineering degree.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 30 years
- The applicant must be a non-smoker.
- Clear concept on Object Oriented Programming, Database structure and SQL language.
- Keen to learn and work on new technology.
- Proficient developing Android native apps in both Java and Kotlin.
- Experience with Android Jetpack Android Architecture Components.
- Experience on web service integration (REST, JSON, XML etc.).
- Hands on experience in responsive UI development & Multi-threading in Android.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Experience with Firebase cloud, Maps and Location based services.
- Experience with .Net/.Net Core will be a plus.

Salary
- Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
- Up to 30,000/- (Per month) during probation period, salary will be fix based on experience.
Compensation & Other Benefits
- Probation period will be 1 (one) year. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
- The benefit like Contributory Provident Fund, two festival bonus, yearly increment, group insurance and gratuity will be entitled.
